About the event
Yorùbáizm is hosting a Frejon tasting afternoon where we'll be sharing plates and exploring the link between Yorùbá culture and the Afro-Brazilian heritage.
What is Frejon?
Frejon derives from the dish Feijão de Coco is a traditional West African dish with historical roots linking Brazil and West Africa, especially Benin and Nigeria. It is typically prepared and eaten on Good Friday during the Easter period.
